Bad Company, not ethical in practices. They have hire and fire policy . Only lies from owners.

Everything is of dislike, not paying petty cash required to run daycare, not paying on time salary, horrible paycuts without intimation, no job security, not professional practiced, HR Changed more than 6 times in past 2 years, top positions change, no one likes the company, they dont think about the employees family, they have respsonsibilities thry have to look after family and other expenses. They just fire employees without notice on weird reasons.

... . No proper policy. HR doesn't know anything. Policy changes as per HR manager. She cuts salary as per her wish. Salaries are not given on time.

One problem I have been facing..is my shift .
