Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There are no work pressure.

Company work style is not thinking about work person only think about cash in any matter. I seen only in IPS Mehtalia.

Dislikes

No Job Security, Not Salary Increment, too much Politics, No Time management, No Time duration for employee etc.

It is very good work experience with senior staff and colleagues.company readily adopts new technology. The company is good client based. The company having offices in worldwide.My colleagues come from different location of India and we enjoyed the work together very happily

Dislikes

The company growth is slow. There is no any overtime allowance, home and food allowances.
