I don't have any training to develop our career and the management is very irresponsible for our requirements no .p.f .it is like a property company not an MNC company.there is absolutely no guarantee of job.

No compensation,no growth and high work pressure,no manager will support even we got recognize by client.

The Company is Very good, official colleague are also good, Company having a very very potential, work culture is good. I am proud of being a part of it.

When having ideal without. Pay then an individual gets frustrating and worrying about future.

i am in piping ,very very difficult place to work. you are handed 6-7 projects to handle , low pay ,no one to guide you .

low pay lot of work pressure , working late upto 8 pm is normal here. no transport . head of dept has no knowledge . he expects miracles in work, he is a charlatan. he manages to fool everyone while at work . we need a new hod

Its a common drawback in any construction or consulting company is to get a better accommodation for the people who are deputed at site. Rest is good.
