The office and the People. The company was a pinnacle of Good Work culture.

Senior management without question. The seniors are totally unreliable and doesn't want to work. The senior management has turned a good company into a nightmare. A certain person, very senior, without taking names is probably the main reason this company will spiral down in the dust eventually. And yes the finance team, the worst finance team in the entire industry. They are always overwhelmed with work but never put in a request to hire new people. The company is currently being run by people with 3-4 years of experience however they want since the owner is busy with other endeavours.

The company is such a mess, people are literally so weird, they bash you for not giving clarity themselves of what they want and treat you like shit if you ask anything, most of the company is always on leave and does not respond even in emergency the unlimited leave policy is nothing but shit they don’t let you leverage that they have problem even if you reach on time and leave on time especially the person Nitin he is nothing but full of shit himself he thinks of himself as if he have achieved some gold while working here he is literally the worst person to ever meet

The work culture is just terrible. There is no job security. The management consists of kids who don't even know how to manage their own work, let alone others'. There is no scope for learning or growth. But yeah, if you are looking for gossips and back bitching groups, that is your place.
