Not too much work pressure. Small team and management is approchable. They take our feedback. I was rewarded on acheiving sales target. Employee of the Quarter. Competition is high is education sector but they provide 5-10% incentives if you work hard.

Likes

Excellent training. But need to be punctual. Management is supportive and excellent incentives.

Dislikes

There has to be a manager over looking on a regular basis. Work environment is too free. Some employees waste time of others.

Nothing , seriously nothing was there to be appreciative of except the office boy .

Dislikes

The director of this company (Pravin Khetan) is one of the worst kind of person I have ever seen in my life , his behaviour is intolerable , he is un-professional , toxic and taunting behaviour towards his team members .

Likes

Proper training, healthy discussion and not too much pressure of work. You'll get to learn a lot. However, at the end month there is assessment and feedback. We have to answer our work performance.

Dislikes

I have seen, other employees taking advantage of free culture. I would suggest managers should be little strict. Else, performing staff gets demotivated by looking at others.
