Dislikes

Poor management. No job security. They didn't work directly with any clients, recruiter has to suffers after joined iplace. Management is not ready get new clients or new requirement from the existing clients; recruiter has to work only some particular positions which is already client consulting company has worked. Favouritism plays a major in terminating the staffs.

Only a couple of Team mates I had while working.

Dislikes

Frequent team shuffling, Absolutely no growth opportunity, asked to add extra work hours with no extra pay, the management is least bothered about employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes we have to work on weekends as well, whole 7 days.

The Company culture and environment is very friendly. Salary and incentives on time always. Learning and development programs take place very oftem

Dislikes

Very slow career growth is what I think. If you are lucky enough to get a good client you will surely grow but most of the clients restrict your growth as strategies don't get fulfilled

It was a terrible and disappointing experience with iplace. Without any reason they terminated me within a span of 6 months after joining the company, now jobless. Really pathetic company and staff.

Its worst place to work it's not iplace.
