They are not employee centric and company policy keeps on changing based on their wills and fancy

They promote favorism and are biased towards employees, the top management team plays sly games with their employees, eg they took away night shift allowance with out proper communication, they also changes the shift timings with out consent and those who ask questions they fire them immediately

Only HR department is friendly

Office, Team politics, Managers are baised towards old employees plus Employees don’t no how to talk to there team members, very unprofessional behaviour of some team members, that is the reason no one can give there 100%

All international brands are well known and big brands. The platform exposure is amazing. You will get to work on many social platforms and search platforms

The work that is given is major in reporting. Need to involve everyone on planning and strategy too.

The culture of promoting inter office relationships which was detrimental to employees giving their best, as credit was not given where it was due and instead passed on the basis of biases and personal relationships. Also HR is the biggest joke… clueless as to what exactly are they doing for employees.
