Nothing. The management is all about favoritism. HR is spineless and works only on orders and nods befr company ceo.

Dislikes

Everything. The company has not changed from inside ...even if the leadership changed. It has Weber shandwick in India.....and that is a terrible agency to work if you can't do stupid pleasing of bosses

Dislikes

As this was a contractual job: 1. No designation, no identity, just an Independent contractor 2. No bonuses, no scope of promotions, no PF benefits, no insurance provided by company 3. Just constant 14% hikes every year, bothing else 4. Permanent employees used to get 3 days leaves per month whereas it was only 1.5 days for independent contractors. 5. Independent contractors felt out of the picture often times DON'T join as independent contractors
