I had a very disappointing experience working at IPEC. The company is plagued by internal politics that make it incredibly difficult to get anything done. There's a clear favoritism towards both long-standing employees and recent hires, which creates a toxic and divisive environment. Rather than rewarding hard work or merit, promotions and opportunities are handed out based on who you know, not what you do. This favoritism not only undermines team morale but also fosters a culture where people are more concerned about office politics than doing their job effectively. The overall culture is demotivating, and it's clear that if you're not in the "in-group," you're often left out and overlooked. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you're prepared to navigate a minefield of politics and unfair treatment.

As an individual, if you are willing to learn there is a lot to learn from IPEC.

Dislikes

System needs to be streamlined. A lot of improvement is needed. Incompetent people are sitting on top and commanding the workforce.
