Otherwise project area experience like management is poor, HR response is very late, consultant salary is delay, and promotion or shifted other projects is not good.

The organisation doesn't give any variable bonus or any sort of perks or bonuses throughout the year. Employees of project teams are overburdened and ghe senior management refuses to acknowledge the same when communicated.
