Likes

The place provides non-toxic work environment. Team mates are good and friendly. Colleagues are professional and technically sound.

Dislikes

The place doesn't provide fair compensation. People are highly underpaid. There is no work life balance. The organisation doesn't give any variable bonus or any sort of perks or bonuses throughout the year. Employees of project teams are overburdened and ghe senior management refuses to acknowledge the same when communicated.

Likes

Nothing, salaries are always delayed. Sometimes they are hold up because a supervisor may feel that some more work needs to be completed for the month and she/he may ask the finance to not disburse salaries till so and so tasks are completed. Even if there are openings suited to your profile they will never give you the opportunity, instead hire someone with reference from the funder or may be a government official.

Dislikes

Almost everything! they didn't honor the commitment they had made while hiring. It was never disclosed to us that we will hv to submit an invoice every month to get salary, it wasn't told to us that travel won't be over and above salary, instead we have to manage it from our own pocket. Finance is all the time on the job of finding excuse to stop our claims, no leaves were given and salary in-lieu of leave was deducted untill everyone started complaining

The company has tendency to delay salary payments. It's advisable not to trust verbal assurance, given the general understanding that promises may not always be fulfilled. be prepared for unforeseen surprises and ensure that any commitments made IPE are documented, either on paper or through email, even after joining. Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company.
