... on petty cash issues, not allowing any sort of increment or promotion to staff. even cutting the salary of project staff during pandemic, while the permanent staff from head office get all the privileges and no deduction in salary. And above al that, most of the middle management have no clue about running a project and succeeding, their only objective is to win a project but no idea about project management or execution. The company changes leave policy, contractual agreements overnight and force the the staff to accept them without any logic. one example is : Anybody working for 2-3 years having accumulated many earned leave will be told one fine day that Earned leave policy is removed, etc.Salary for the project staff are paid never before 20th of the month and for that staff need to do follow up.

The company has tendency to delay salary payments. It's advisable not to trust verbal assurance, given the general understanding that promises may not always be fulfilled. be prepared for unforeseen surprises and ensure that any commitments made IPE are documented, either on paper or through email, even after joining. Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company.

Appreciation is head office is good, head office culture is very good

Dislikes

Otherwise project area experience like management is poor, HR response is very late, consultant salary is delay, and promotion or shifted other projects is not good.
