One of the best Company to work for. Joined the organization as a Branch Manager & got promoted to Regional Manager within 1 year time. Later got promoted again as Chief Strategy Officer. In case of career growth there no other better option, as the company itself is growing on such a pace. Personally its one of the best company that I worked for. The vision that the company has & is moving towards is remarkable. Company is targeting expansion across all major cities of India on a mission to provide top quality Technical training to job aspirants. If you wish to make an impact in life's of job aspirants. Then this is the best place.

Nothing much. But work life balance can get affected. But that might be due to the post that's held.

Politics is big thing in this company as Director listen to only their people not who are working in the branch

Worst work culture and management. Micromanagement and poor apraisals. Dont even think about being appreciated.
