Carrier growth is good but salary is not up to the mark as per industry

Stable Company with a good value system. Work environment is good and have good people who are adaptive to change.Have quality products.Have good manufacturing units in India and abroad.

Dislikes

Though compensation is decent but other facilities provided to staff is poor like no medical benefits such as mediclaim for staff. Allowance is not at par with current market price. HR need to be more effective. Very conventional in hiring people.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.
