IPCA laboratories giving a wonderful platform for fresher.

Everything is good . But when it's come to salary IPCA giving very low package so personally i didn't like that because it's demotivate to candidate.

Company is supporting us by allowing work from home and salary full payment monthly even in lockdown pandemic too. Company has given extra payment for working in lockdown days at company as well as in the company it has been given free lunch and also some fruits and milk to every employee and even also to contract workers too.

HR department work is slow and not so supportive.

Working culture is good.

Dislikes

HR policies are totally hidden and there is no particular pay slab for more educated and experience person. No rules for manager level, only officer and lower level employee responsible to hold its rules and regulations. Hr department can't clarify their policies. Even after leaving they did not clear all dues in a month.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.
