promotion increment is just like a dream for you if you're working here. You have to work at very low salary.

HR policies are totally hidden and there is no particular pay slab for more educated and experience person. No rules for manager level, only officer and lower level employee responsible to hold its rules and regulations. Hr department can't clarify their policies. Even after leaving they did not clear all dues in a month.
