...th is very slow, no new opportunities. Lot of politics in selective departments. Salary offered for new joinies is less. Now when the lockdown is being released slowly but trains are not started yet, company is forcing (saying salary will be deducted) employees to reach office at any cost in any way without arranging traveling options.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.

promotion increment is just like a dream for you if you're working here. You have to work at very low salary.
