Everything!!! Specifically for Uro division. Zero work life balance, they will make u work like slave for pennies they pay. High politics. Entire PMT team left toghether. 5- 8% Annual appraisal despite of performance. Favourism is at peak in this division. People who do buttering get elevated easily and others just slog

Culture is worst.. no work life balance.. very kanjus organization. They dont pay you well. chategiri is too much.. favoritism is too much.. people are unprofessional... they keep vendors money on hold.. employees money on hold.. here there is manmani of heads.. he does favour to people and those only get promotion and monetory benefits... they dnt even give u full expenses.. they deduct it alot even it is your money and you paid it from your pocket for company work..
