HR policies are totally hidden and there is no particular pay slab for more educated and experience person. No rules for manager level, only officer and lower level employee responsible to hold its rules and regulations. Hr department can't clarify their policies. Even after leaving they did not clear all dues in a month.

...ends on other people... local person survive and other new person not survive.. Since that salary higher package not long time work...some person time pass and over time depend.....i want to say stop over time ..

... then you will be straight away thrown out of the company from very next day. Salary and appraisal is good if company is doing well and if you perform well. Otherwise it's average. Politics is almost nil at bench level but may find at higher level. Work environment is very much friendly.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.
