There is a lot of political and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to New joinees

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.

... not accepting new employees, Time waste in office, Most of new employees are leaving organization, high alterations, High difference in salary, New Vs Old, no good working environment,

promotion increment is just like a dream for you if you're working here. You have to work at very low salary.
