Not satisfactory, my settlement isn't done even after submitting all the documents and company inputs along with due payments , so much political environment is in this company, no good at all and is not a peaceful house.

Working with Ipca Laboratories Limited is just like playing with future. No need to join Ipca if a person wants to grow personally as well as professionally.

Salary packages and increments are very less.

Good upper management. Effective decision making time to time. Timely accurate disbursement salary, expenses & incentives.

Dislikes

Lack of flexibility, centralizing authority, continuously change views & strategy, no medical facility, limitation in benefits.

I like the culture and the working support from seniors but in covid i found lackness in my salary and incentives and there is one drawback the documentation work takes very longi.e confirmation of employees

Good work culture and environment here and all protective measures were taken by company in lock down situation moreover management is excellent

Carrier growth is good but salary is not up to the mark as per industry
