This company is open to the Total care of old age patient .I love the fact that I am a part of a team.I get to travel abroad especially to the US and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your services and clients location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily I'm collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.I think this service is very nice for old age patient.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average. I have to work 12- 14 hour's straight in a day . May be this work is good.

Nothing as they are using abusing language and Do not Join this company. It will spoil your career.

Dislikes

No Hike on Salary, Hire and Fire Policy. Very poor management. Depend on mood they are firing the employees. After leaving company, if new employer check with this company as background check they are not giving any response for the same

Here you would've not been judge by your appearance, cast, color but get responsibility as per your performance which makes iPC great in terms of work culture

Dislikes

Everything looks great except HR is bit powerless which gives employees negative impact. HR must be more powerful so that employees can reach out to them for their problems
