Company got recently acquired. So, the review itself will not make any importance. But most of the people from the higher management is retained. And hence, the bootlicker culture is mostly going to get continued. Zero training. job security is based on how good you are with the people in higher position. Career opportunities are very negligible.

Dislikes

If you are good with people who are at the decision making board, then this is the company for you. There is no respect for an individuals talent and hard work. If there is any layoffs, the higher management will try to safeguard their compatriots irrespective of their usefulness instead of people who are valuable for the team.

This company is really flexible. They don’t care about how long you are working or when you are coming and when you are leaving. Bottom line here The work needs to be finished.
