Good work environment , company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give normal salary hike & bonus every year & incentive every year.

Dislikes

...politics and the management is good, department hod does not address out issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a yearly renewal.

...management is inefficient, 6 working days and only 12 CL per year, only 9 govt holidays in a year Food is not good Very less salary only Rs 20180per month Partiality and Priority for those who come from Kerala

IPA provides a strong platform for learning especially to the beginners in the weighing and automation industry. It has a huge product base starting from sensors to integrated weighing systems. One can expect great knowledge transfer and support from the Management.

Dislikes

Average salary structure for freshers, lack of full utilization of company potential, lack of skilled and experienced professionals. But it is a growing company and processes are getting streamlined gradually...It is a matter of hardly few months! So definitely it is encouraging for good manpower to join and contribute!

As a service engineer. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The starting level company which works in industrial automation. But the compensation is very less. that it is not possible to make the ends meets. Lot of work pressure that the employees keep on changing.

Compensation, Politics. work life balance these are the main things i disliked about IPA
