Its a great Place to work. Management and directors are good and allows team members /RM to take the decision without any approval if its in the favour of the orgnisation.

At Iotap employees are encouraged to be creative, give ideas/ suggestions and think out of the box. The Management leads by example, they are extremely transparent about their goals and mission. They value all their employees and are extremely mindful of their work life balance. The management ensures to connect (weekly) with the manager/ team/ individual, to know the progress made and help cope with challenges, if any.

The work culture is extremely positive and growth oriented. The senior management is very helpful. There is flexibility in the work schedule. IOTAP offers a great exposure as it has a global team.

Some employees aren't team players. Recruitment process could be better
