They value all their employees and are extremely mindful of their work life balance. The management ensures to connect (weekly) with the manager/ team/ individual, to know the progress made and help cope with challenges, if any.

The work culture is extremely positive and growth oriented. The senior management is very helpful. There is flexibility in the work schedule. IOTAP offers a great exposure as it has a global team.
