1.Job security 2. favouratism 3. lack of plan oriented work, just do the work, no-plans, no-management, just finish the work fast. 4. want quantity of work, not quality work

1.Less offc space 2.No permannent offc,offc keeps changing in every 3 months 3.Mostly freshers in team,very less xperienced people 4.All 5 days work from offc,no hybrid or wfh culture. 5.Poor appraisal process 6.No Joining kit or goodies provided to motivate employees 7.No canteen,food or refreshment arrangements are there 8.Old refurbished laptops provided,being a tech startup at least new laptops should be provided to everyone
