Poor client service,no products available usually,appts usually unavl coz of lesser staff or lesser rooms, always center under maintainence,lods of complaint guests leading to low turnover,no permanent staff,no brand quality as stated,inspite of all these rates too high

The therapist's and few employees were very cooperative and welcoming..

Dislikes

The senior employees thinks themselves as owners.. their behavior was not good they tried to dominate me. Not only me many former employee told me they had to resign due to the working environment and their seniors behavior..

Likes

I am not working anymore with them because I shifted to others City. But it's good for working with them it's very nice experience to meet new person and explain them about our services and benefits.

Dislikes

They were giving week off between week days not weekend
