The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client bas. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely depended on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some office toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my collogues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email from client, nut they most go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

This organization is internationally known for the technology product you create, and my experience in technology and developing new products has me intrigued by the position. My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and lots of employee-friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department.

Please take care of every employee compensation and benefits. but it is fine overall. please provide work from home when employee ask for their emergency situation.

You can work for one year and then you have to move on. They provide food and cab but it's for reasonable pay.

Dislikes

Same routine , Night shifts , Politics and ladies are given more preferences , no standards for people. No hike thats because you don't feel like asking it due to job.
