Worst food at canteen, Less salary compare to market standards, Technical support is worst and Management is poor.

...lace to start career as fresher. But again its based on the department ypu join. Salary is too low as a fresher and also appraisal is not a satisfactory. And for a fresher there will be bond of 18 Months which is not good.
