Infrastructure of the company is good. Interior is good.

...rking there for the past 3 years. 1. No job Security 2. No skill development 3. Salary hike very poor 4. Work culture is very bad Though you work there for many years your efforts are not recognized. Infact the HR team keep changing including all the higher authorities.

...they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit. A person who had got a better opportunities had to grow. Do not join this conpany. Very toxic.

Dislikes

They do not let you go for a different company even when you are not ok to be here anymore or have gotten better opportunites elsewhere. The worst company this is.

Good Place for freshers where they can learn corporate culture and Learn from scratch

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.
