No job security, they can kick as anytime they want, we dont get the promised salary, shift timing is bad, worst management they have, they wont give any leave. nor they give work from home.

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

Not ideal for experienced professionals. Salary remains similar to your previous company’s, even with a 40% increase. A 2 lakh fee applies if you leave within 18 months, including any applicable joining bonus. Employees may be placed under PIP without clear justification; the actual reason often being over-hiring. Follows a hire-and-fire culture.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.
