...and also get the freedom to do. Because they'll say company will not like it. 5. Salary - you'll accept to something and you'll get something else (which will be low) each month. 6. Office politics - it's there everywhere, but it will be here in all the corners. You can't be you when you enter here! 7. Work Policy - No WFH option. Not even Hybrid option available. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here if they want to learn something and grow eventually at peace.

Love the culture at iopex and the way every individual is recognised and treated. They literally care for their employees.

As most projects are support oriented learning is comparatively low and we cannot expect a much raise in salary once joined.

Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions
