Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more

About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. They will not removed for cost-cutting.

As a fresher you can start your career and definitely you will learn a lot and that will be much helpful for your career. The thing I admire most is you can switch your jobs based on your interests and talents and you will get full support for switching your career based on IJP interview which is really appreciated.

... promotions easily when compared to the employees who works here for long years. If we are ready to pay the same or at least a decent package to the employees who work here then there is no need to hire people from outside the market. I trust most of the employees who started a career here are more loyal and they deserve better.

A good place to learn and an excellent place who want to start their career in IT. On-time salary.

1. a very minimal percentage of the hike. 2. Medical insurance only for employees and spouses not available for parents. 3. Don't expect special gifts at festivals they will not provide single gift voucher.

iOPEX technology have nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, also there is good support from sinors.

Worst food at canteen, Less salary compare to market standards, Technical support is worst and Management is poor.
