...n Night shift Need to get more other regions projects like UK, indian cilents. There is no extra benefits like Free food, transport and company cut some amount from our salary if we use food token and cab facility.

I don't have any dislike about iOPEX. But the management give more benefits for the people like Salary hike, free cab, food, gift voucher.

Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced.

Dislikes

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.
