...oney in travelling and those claim amount also is not getting cleared currently. The HR is very cool and saying all your amounts will be cleared month and there salary date is 10 of every month I have to spend my out of pocket amount which was not said to me during my interview and if interview takes place they don't have a proper hr team in respective branches in every state

Very non cooperative employees everyone is a cheater since they made it as a habit to cheat since they are trained for it, to cheat people and sell there products don't even consider ion exchange as a big company they are a big company with small companies mind set. My humble request try consider joining another good company. If you don't have any job struggling for job can join this company. Don't think it a big company by outer appearance one of the worst to work with.

Nothing apart from the product technology is good ! In this digital era, things still happen in a traditional approach. In a nutshell, they are quite backword technologically and in their planning/ support and execution. It's not at all a match for someone from the new generation! However, someone in their late 30's and mid 40's would be a good fit here. It's not the fault of the company, it's purely the fault of MBA colleges and B-Schools that they bring such companies for final placement (no surprise, they need to show 100% placement). So do a proper research at your end before joining any such company. I resigned from the company and looking out for better opportunities to have that stability in life.

...not funded by ION Exchange, don't do this mistake of joining that department! Less salary compared to the standard of Management Trainees that they get in other companies. You would be shown "Rosy picture" during the induction, don't at all fall for it. They themselves are unclear about what they expect you to do. They will randomly try anything and everything (except for advertising for their product and the company and ultimately you will have the pay the price for not meeting the target. You would be promised TA of 4000/- (Rs.150 per day, which is quite less) per month but what you would actually get is Rs. 1500/- which is even lesser HRA that you get is Rs2000/- per month. I don't know in which city can a person survive in such small amount, not ever in a Tier-3 city/ town. And btw you might have to work on sundays as well, unofficially and yes you don't get paid for it. First of the don't apply for such a company & even if you do & get selected for the company, reject the offer, you would get far better opportunities in the market.

... will be marked as leave without pay, that is also without any prior intimation. Salary is given on the 5th day of every month that is one another very bad think. Price of products i.e. commercial water cooler cum purifier products is much more higher than the competitors like Eureka Forbes, bluestar and other brands, so you will never able to promote your products.

I was appointed as Territory Sales Manager on 01 Sep 20. Fraud company/ not giving salary while working ( you will get 50% LWP in month-end without notice) IN very starting 2-3 months of joining. My location was a fresh start and they expected 100% budget achievement. They won't accept your resignation either just simply block and no contact further. They hiring People and asking people asking that they have provided the full salary in severe lockdown situation as they are 2000 crore company started marking us 50& 100LWP without any noting after making us work in the field for whole months. They have done the same to a lot of CWS & HWS employes. I have shared the complaint to the company whats app group then I started getting calls from colleagues that they have done same with them. After leaving I came to know they have even done this to the service department and after no completing 100% budget achievement they have Marked them 100% LWP. I started feeling the negativity from the very statement in the interview but ignored and left 2 more work opportunities for this company as they were promising bright carrier as they are 2000 Crore company. Even seniors at higher positions don't know what their product is and what parts the product have in the package. we were not even properly trained and don't see any product and they were expecting 100 budget achievement. They simply running lala ji ki dukan with self-made Chambal rules. They have been manipulating and forcing others to work in half salary. and threatening them to mark 100 Leave if budget not achieved. After knowing if you still want to join then go ahead. I recommend you to work in the coffee cafe it is a more prestigious job than this. at least you get a salary the day you have worked. They expect us to work free for them and earn from somewhere else for the lively hood. I have raised this issue with top management and HR head not a single reply I have received expect my direct reporting manager.

don't provide salary marking 50% LWP and threatening to Mark 100 % LWP if 100 % budget not done in 2-3 month of joining. They don't simply reply on resignation and block the employe from everywhere. No exit form provided. NO PF details. No last salary. No convince of last two month. Even deducted salary of 3rd month of joining which was 2nd month of the budget assigned.(The first month I managed to close a Dead case which was not completed due to COVID 19.) and they have sent the half package against full payment and demanded extra 2000rs for prefilters which were supposed to be in the package and I sorted out with service department and managed to close the case as a customer was asking to pack your machine and take it back.

The work at lon Exchange is very slow, especially in the proposal department. I have faced it myself; the work mainly involves copy-pasting, and there is no scope for learning anything new. If you already know how to design and create proposals, you can survive, but for those who design or create proposals for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), there is zero scope because even they don't know what they are doing. If someone does any work, instead of being appreciated, they might get scolded for no reason. For example, if your copy-paste work isn't done properly, you might be asked to work an extra hour just for editing. I don't think you need to be a graduate to do this work; anyone can do it. Yet, they still want graduates so they can make them do copy-paste work. There's also a lot of politics and favoritism; those who do nothing but know politics can survive, otherwise, the proposal environment is very toxic.
