...ere is no career growth, no job security and most importantly not much projects. Only good in terms of salary.

Dislikes

Team members play politics. The management is not good, they will support only those employees who are working for very long time in this organization and will not provide any support to the new joiners. There is no knowledge transfer before starting of the project. No communication between team members except the daily stand up call. Terrible experience won't recommend it to any one.

...ting in COVID-19 WFM like(IT issues, Internet issues, light cut-down issues,). and the best is, company gives the salary on time without any deduction.

As i am working in IO-Media from last 3+Years and till today. I didn't observed any dislike issues in this company. such as - job security,teammates,salary and many more

They just fired me at the middle of the lockdown. I was hired as a 3D artist but they made me work on a 3rd class flash online software , to arrange dots.rewards and contests are rigged only those working since 8-10 year receive respect,awards and good appraisals. 3D director is stupid.

Some times when seniors & managers are busy they don't listen to employee's issues. Due to that employee have to bear lots of burden on themselves.

Work life will be balance but be aware from politics, you can learn a lot .

Dislikes

Ya work life balance , for apresal you need be very sweet and must involved in politics, old seniors don't know much about technically. If you are good in politics and comfertable zone then this company is good for you.
