Top leaders COO and MD. They are unethical and lies about product quality and puts too much pressure to push bad products for children. This company promises too much and gives you nothing other than stress and pressure. Main product Tasiron has full quality problems and after multiple complaints from my doctors, no action taken, they say no problem at all continue selling. All good people leaving because of them. Use of bad language in review. This company is a shame to TATA.

Not good for growth no increment ... fake promises... they will never recognise talent.. very bad internal politics... senior management are horrible. They tell we are family but never act like . Skilled people are not selected nor get promoted... very bad senior

No standard of Tata. No increment,fake promises,they will say do this you will get increment but just fooling around People in HQ think they are big shots.Only attitude.Only v.few are good.If you have an attitude you can work here and you have to be rude then you are good.
