... dynamic startup environment may seem appealing, the reality is quite different. The management lacks transparency, the communication, even regarding non-payment of salary is poor or non-existent. There is little to no support for professional development, and employees are left to fend for themselves. Months on end salary is not paid and if employee quits they are not given full-and-final settlement, experience letter or balance salary. Surprising part is that they have been doing it for 3-4 years and there is little employees can do legally. The overall work culture is toxic, with a noticeable lack of respect, professionalism, and even consideration for employees' well-being and career.

Dislikes

There are several significant issues at Inviz that make is an unfavorable place to work. Most of the positive reviews on job sites are fake, and forced to be added by COO of the company. The most concerning thing about the company is it's blatant disregard for employee compensation. We did not get salaries for 3-4 months on end and management refused to commit to when they will clear them. The management frequently makes unannounced deductions and imposes policies that are detrimental to employees. Moreover, the company's leadership threats to suppress any attempts by employees to stand up for their rights.

Other than colleague I don't think there is anything to like in this company.

Dislikes

While management draw hefty salaries and buy costly cars they are not able to pay their employees. I quit the company when they did not pay 2 months salary. And now they are not giving me experience letter and full-and-final settlement as well. They have destroyed so many careers. They keep their employees hostage by not providing anything literally.

Everything CEO/COO should sell their Audi's so that at least employee get their salary. Whatever the good comment you see that all were written by management. Whatever you see the negative comment those are very much True. Join at your risk.

It's a fraud company with current founders having done fraud in crores. Didn't even get release letter or full and final settlement after leaving.
