Adding to this, if you take a medical leave, even though you produce medical documents, they will mark LOP for any critical emergencies. Work atmosphere is toxic because of the current operation manager.

The management is not supportive and try to burden you with extra work without pay.

Lots of Dislikes 1. After 8pm none of the HR team available to know the employees concerns and problems facing on the work floor. 2. There is no ethics and higher management doesn't give us any respect and they talk with you harsh manner. 3. Even if you face struggle while doing work they didn't understand. Doesn't provide proper support to complete your work. 4. Even your doubts also not cleared with a proper way. 5. Always they gossipings about someone's personal life and related stuff and also they you criticised. 6. They created outlook and related stuff but you won't even know your password. Even if you create password immediately you need to share them. There is no privacy policy.

Absolutely Nothing. The Team is really good and they make you feel welcome, but not the HR and Management.

Dislikes

Apparently they have a set of cameras around the office, they use those cameras to zoom and record those people who speaks logically in the office and they store these recording without us knowing. You feel violated. And the HR person is really bad and he is a person who speaks derogatively with women.
