Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good place for learning

Dislikes

They see you like enemy from the moment you resign, also don't give releaving. Trouble so much even after one is ready to serve 3 months notice. Annoying people and useless management(if exists)...

Of course Everything, 1) The Manager attends the only review calls on Monday and speaks some abusive language with the employees, and takes salary on time for attending the calls. 2) All the team members complained about the manager to the CEO regarding her behavior with employees. The CEO always encourages her to be like that. 4) The company is full of politics 5) My advice for freshers, please don't join especially in BD.
