- Terrible work/life balance. Be prepared to work day & nights. - Senior management & founders take decisions on a whim without thinking. - Whole teams get laid off if the founders don't approve with their work. - Very poor job security.

Great opportunity to learn and grow. Money will never be a problem, one just needs to be a hustler. The founder is very involved and aware of the business, and he is always the hardest working person in the room, so that will give you immense confidence.

Like any startup, work-life balance is a hit and miss. But overall a good place to join.

if you are lucky maybe you will get to work on a cool project and learn something new.

Dislikes

the worst work culture, the engineering managers here are the worse they don't know how to make proper decision and have their own agenda to profit rather than thinking about the team in mind. The owner is an egotistic, narcissist who thinks he is gonna build google in one year, their is no aligned vision across the company of what we want to achieve. pretty sure with this trajectory the company will be forced to dissolve by the funder's. You are expected to sacrafice your holidays your weekends because someone took a decision which caused trouble and at the end of the day it is you who have to pay. Working at invideo will literally make you hate development if you previosuly loved it just beacuse of the messed up company culture, so my adive is you will be better off somewhere else.

Do not ever work with invideo.io, whitesheep technology pvt ltd, I joined the company last year in April and it was fine until the management changed, they kicked me out of no where, they removed me saying sales has been closed hence I cannot continue. But other people are working as normal, not even gave a chance to interviewed me again, they had clear intention to remove me, If you join then you can be removed on 1st month itself. Very pathetic place to work.

Nothing to like no job security, no work culture, worst management and full of HR politics specially in marketing

Dislikes

Worst company I ever saw in my career. Office is full of politics. They will tell you to leave a job when ever they want.
