Nothing as such. First thing first. All the above reviews are HR forced reviews, they would force you to submit a positive feedback on first week of joining with multiple reminders and keeping a side eye on what review you are submitting. In the same way they got GREAT PLACE TO WORK tag. 1.Nothing is great at that place. 2.CEO has zero idea on how to keep this company running he is playing test&trials with employees situations and knowledge. 3.Management is fully scattered and biased for tenured employees. 4.Micro management on breaks,sitting arrangement, punch-ins and who you choose as your office buddy, coz then you would be judged and calculated on that basis so no need to perform. 4.You have lot of free time to upskill yourself, learn a new technology while sitting and getting yourself monitored over camera and human cameras(HR/Chamchas).

...cuse and reasons, rest all are in fear that maybe today would be their last day. -They hire employees by assuring fake promises and high salary for their projects later fire them in 2-3months giving reasons like, behaviour, not meeting expectation, performance , project shortage, low revenue from projects. -Company culture is toxic there are few people who would blab about your personal life and preferences to CEO and get pointers for appraisals.

The only thing that you can like is the salary comes on time.

...there job is done. It seems to be more like a lala ji’s shop than an IT company. So many unreasonable policies to deduct your salary. Company policy keep on changing.
