New TLs are not that good.. they pressure so much... constantly pushing so much.. although it's real estate does take time.. but they thing it's only one day job... not giving proper advise... only telling you can't do.. are you really want real estate as a job... so much question.. makes it's really tough to do work on time... always some one to pinch..

...most and main disadvantage is company is job security , this company only focus on closure and cut the salary of employee if closure is not done
