Toxic Work Culture Incompetent HRs Unreliable Salary Payments Abusive Management Unfair Incentive Structure No Job Security False Promises - Everything is a verbal commitment, HR themselves will not support you once you are in the system Trapping employees - dont think that employees are working since long. Their incentives are not paid n because of that they have to be still in the system. They will not release incentives in 6 months and will try to suck your full productivity

You join this company and think waoooo I'm working with big company but after 1 month you think your salary will be come but after 2 month your salary will not come may be you will get your 1 month salary after 3 month and meri August ki salary aj bhi company ne nahi diiii

They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily

they are sucking blood from staff, If no sale in first Month, only take 30% of your Salary. HR Kulbeer is lair and mental person, Pathetic HR team ( my experience from Kulbeer), shit guy. He will manipulate your Salary so that om first 2 month your take only 30% of total Salary. Even they will eat your Salary from Employer contributions to " Provident Funds". Why they have shit HR we don't know Big 0000000 zero Professional. Think before join there in Sales Profile. SALARY CYCLE DAY 15 TO 20TH , WLL HOLD YOUR SALARY IF NO SALARY.

Can’t say more about this topic as didn’t get chance to work more than couple of weeks here how ever the culture has been wrong shown by some of the directors like Dhananjay.
