Its in a class of its own, a challenging organisation in the stream in which they are working made it up to some where not fully i.e. professional, systematic and organised way of working which is very productive for the Industry .

First of all they dont give salary but by any chance u get 10-20% salary they will give after 3-4 minths...no job security.. only fooling clients & emoloyees.

...satisfied n this is the major reason delay salary is the biggest n only issue...I don't want any bonus any insurance any other employe benefits but yes expecting on time salary without doing any follow ups..rest it's awesome that's your I sent 10 yrs here..

i did not like anything. They are Thugs .

They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily
