No travelling allowances and many more things are their... Company also wants employee to sale a fraud scheme & projects to clients & end user clients..... Where company will not intervene ... Company also never gives incentive to employee.... In short company is horrible & pathetic

Everything I dislike about the company ! No proper culture to work .. No value of employee.. Fraud company always try to come up with a fraudulent kind of scheme which we need to sale to clients .. I have worked for 3months maximum when I got know about all these fraudulent I left the organisation.. Very very very poor company I would not recommend naukri to assist this company to any employee for working...

Don't join only for salary it is terrible place. Don't give salary and commission on time rest company is good for learning

they didn't pay the salary to their employees at the time of reliving and the team leader didn't distribute the incentive of their team and didn't get support from the HR team not from the CEO of the company also. if anyone needs prove i have posted on twitter, linkedin, Instagram, facebook etc.

1)no day off, have to work late till 8:30. 2)no salary, not until two months no matter you have achieved the sales target. 3)For taking clients to the site we have to spend our personal money only. 4)no money for convenience 5)pathetic work culture couldn't get worse 6)no matter you are fresher, they will be always at your head to work hard no matter how hard you work. there are so many reasons to tell but these are enough to tell you the reality.
