New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

According to me learning is the best part in real estate,but there is no job security

Dislikes

Salary is not fixed you have to achieve the sales target 5 times of your salary example if my salary is 40k so my month target is 2 lakh is target is not achieve so in that case company not giving to the salary and delay salary is very big issue

...arting from Top management to all are very poor. Work environment is very poor.. salary delay more than 2-3 months and Too much of work pressure. No job security. Too much to politics.

Great Learning school for Real Estate industry in India. Very aggressive at work. Good Selling projects. Mass Media marketing. Best thing is Mr. Honey and Sunny Katyal the chairpeople of Company.
