-All holidays is working in this company -When you want you resign from your position all your incentives and pending salary will be hold and also there is almost no chance they'll give you back. -After completing the month the salary will come in almost 40-45 days that means initially you have to work more than 2 month without getting any salary.

... company and i feel sad that such companies do exisit. They should be shut down. They will not give you salary so if you want to work for free. You can join here. They didnt give us even the sim for calling. We had to use our own laptop, vehicle and petrol for field visits. And on the top of that- you will get no leaves so work 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm. So pethetic!

They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily

Toxic Work Culture Incompetent HRs Unreliable Salary Payments Abusive Management Unfair Incentive Structure No Job Security False Promises - Everything is a verbal commitment, HR themselves will not support you once you are in the system Trapping employees - dont think that employees are working since long. Their incentives are not paid n because of that they have to be still in the system. They will not release incentives in 6 months and will try to suck your full productivity
