First of all they dont give salary but by any chance u get 10-20% salary they will give after 3-4 minths...no job security.. only fooling clients & emoloyees.

... of employee. They use the employee like a labour without any compensation ... Salary is disbursement is always delay atleast for a month... No travelling allowances and many more things are their... Company also wants employee to sale a fraud scheme & projects to clients & end user clients..... Where company will not intervene ... Company also never gives incentive to employee.... In short company is horrible & pathetic

Everything I dislike about the company ! No proper culture to work .. No value of employee.. Fraud company always try to come up with a fraudulent kind of scheme which we need to sale to clients .. I have worked for 3months maximum when I got know about all these fraudulent I left the organisation.. They will not give you Salary . Dhananjay (AD) Team - IC One will treat you like shit . He will say rubbish things about you but the truth is he himself does'nt know how to treat people . He cannot even speak a single sentence in English properly . They will tell you that if you are coming to office for salary then please don't come . They do not deliver there projects on time . We were told just to pitch customers in such a way that they agree to pay the EOI . When clients ask about the delivery date they just keep giving them false hopes . They don't give Weekly Offs to their staff . They ask you to work overtime without pay daily

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
